How to track someone's location using Google maps

There are tons of apps out here which can help you track someone's location efficiently but today I'm going to cover Google maps As it's the easiest and cost free.

First you need to know that tracking someone's phone is illegal without their consent and could land you in jail unless you're a parent which this method can help you know the whereabouts of your child.

Steps: Tracking a phone number on Google Maps, first it needs to be registered on Google which means having an account with Google,then if it's registered simply follow the below procedure:

    Open Google maps on your smartphone,android or tablet.
  1. Sign in to your Google account.
  2. Search for the contact number you want to find.
  3. Select the number that you wish to locate.
  4. Then Google trace's the contact details for you and displays them at the bottom of the screen.
  5. And there you go, location granted.
